Employment

Thank you for your interest in joining our team at All God’s Children. We look for people that want to help change the lives of in-crisis teen mom & their babies. We want you to know as much as possible about our organization and requirements for employment before you begin the application process.

Our Mission Statement reads:

“All God’s Children provides care and support to young mothers and their children and families. Through Christ-centered ministries, our non-profit organization offers safe, temporary shelter and programs which address their physical, emotional, education and spiritual needs. By offering sufficient support and life skills, we believe that young women can move beyond challenging circumstances to become loving parents and productive citizens.”

All new employees that have direct contact with the residents of our program (Primary Youth Care Worker, Assistant Youth Care Worker, Day Care Director, Day Care Assistant, Director of Treatment Services, etc.,) must undergo a criminal records check; obtain CPR and First Aid training (approximately 6 hours) and pass a TB skin test. All God’s Children, Inc. pays for these tests and training.
