All Gods Children Cruise In

All God’s Children Cruise for kids was a huge success.  This event had approximately 111 bikes that started at Southland Christian Church.  This event was sponsored by Chick-fil-A who  provided Breakfast & Lunch for the event. 

Pre-registered riders received a free t-shirt that was included with the registration price.  All others had the option of paying $10.00 to get a shirt or patch as a memorial of this worthy event. 

One of the amazing highlights of the days event was the Lexington Police Motor Squad which gave an amazing demonstration of their riding skills by doing various bike stunts (do not try these at home) along with giving riders some safety tips and riding techniques. The group exited Southland heading South on Harrodsburg rode with 5 Lexington Police Motor Squad officers leading the way. The run went through Versailles, Millville, Frankfort, Georgetown, and Lexington. Another highlight to the days events were the gracious people of Crestwood Christian Church who hosted our only pit stop during the route.  This was a beautiful location  which allowed all the bikers to come into an air conditioned church to use the restrooms and to sit in their fellowship hall having sodas, water, and chips.

Upon arriving at the route destination, riders were greeted by Chick-fil-A staff, their cows, and several AGC staff. Riders enjoyed a great lunch and some got to try Chick-fil-A's new spicy chicken sandwich BEFORE it was offered to the public the following Monday. The Lexington Police Officers stayed and enjoyed lunch with the bikers. The event ended with giving away many door prizes and 2 grand prizes.

One grand prize was a leather jacket with leather chaps purchased at Leatherneck Motorsports in Georgetown, KY and the other grand prize was a donation of a night's stay at the Embassy Suites with a manager's reception that night and a breakfast buffet that next morning along with 2 free donated dinners at Malone's up to $50.
